The wielder of this artifact grants the Courageous trait to all civilian units; additionally, they may engage without having to attack. During a battle, the wielder may spend five charges to cause all their civilian units to regain all missing morale, along with gain +1 Speed and Damage for the rest of the round. After this ends, all affected units lose their next turn. This cannot be used during the last official round of a battle. Gain a charge when a civilian unit kills a unit. Charges: 5/5 Empowered Effect: When a civilian unit is killed, there is a 10% chance they instead are returned to full HP. This chance may be increased when it occurs to 25% by having all civilian units under your control lose 1 HP, this may not kill them. This chance may not be increased otherwise.
